You should first know how to proceed for the solution. From the Ideal Gas equation -

.           P V  = n R T

.           P V  = ( given mass / Avg Molar Mass ) R T

.           P = ( d R T ) / Avg. Molar Mass


Let the average molecular mass be M

M = ( d R T ) / P

= ( 1.5×0.0821×303×760 ) / 730  ( Use proper Units)

= 38.85


------- Let x mole of CO and (1−x) mole of CO 2 be present


x×28+(1−x)×44=38.85

x=0.3218


Mole % of CO=32.18 and

Mole % of CO 2 =100−32.18=67.82
