Correct Answer: 16%

Solution : Let Rs. $100$ be the cost price.
Marked price = 100 + 25 = Rs. 125
Profit = 5%
Selling price = Rs. 105
Discount = $\frac{125-105}{125}×100\%$
= $\frac{20×4}{5}\%$
= $16 \%$
Hence, the correct answer is 16%.
