A person with disabilities is eligible for doing MS or MD after completing his MBBS?If yes how ?If not why?

Hello Vidyasagar,




Although this is rare, it is still possible for a disabled person to pursue MS or MD and become a doctor.






It depends on the disability of the person as there are certain guidelines that have been set by the government and it includes the kind of disabilities that are considered for this purpose.






It also depends on the extent of disability, the person should have atleast 40% of that disability to be eligible under thr disabled quota.






There have been a few people that have become doctors in India despite their disabilities.
