A PHARMACY institute has 100 seats approvel from PCI for B.PHARMA and 120 seats from AICTE. I am not understanding this.

First of all the full form of PCI is 'Pharmacy Council of India' and AICTE stands for ' All India Council for Technical Education '.
The statement ' A PHARMACY INSTITUTE HAS 100 SEATS APPROVAL FROM PCI FOR B.PHARMA AND 120 SEATS FROM AICTE' states that,
100 seats from the 'Pharmacy Council of India', and 120 seats from the 'All India Council for Technical Education' have been alloted for the b. Pharma course.
