Hi Candidate,
Before proceeding to the Question, let me tell you something about PMMC Ammeter- Permanent Magnet Moving Coil ( PMMC ) meter which is also known as a D'Arsonval meter or galvanometer is an instrument that allows you to measure the current through a coil by observing the coil's angular deflection in a uniform magnetic field.
Now as per the Question, Coil Resistance=99 Ohm, Current Deflection=0.6 milli Ampere, Shunt Resistance=1 ohm. So, total Resistance=99+1=100 ohm. Current=0.006 Ampere. The Voltage= current*resistance= 100*.006=0.6 Volts.
Hope that this answer helps you
