Hello candidate,

If the half life period of a radioactive isotope is given as T, then the value of disintegration coefficient is equal to ln2/ T.

If the rate of disintegration of radioactive isotope is equal to X0, then the activity of Radioactive isotope is equal to 2.303/(ln2/T) × ln (X/X0).

Hope that this information was helpful for you.

All the best!!
