A seat is provided to me in csab round 2 but i don't want to take that. So will they refund my participation fee 36500or not ?

Hello there,
No, you will not get your money back. According to the policy, if a candidate gets a seat and did not join it then the money would not be refunded.
If a candidate did not get any seat then his/her money would be refunded.
