A selected candidate of pwd from female quota , so for verification of documents,for sc students do I need NCL because they have mentioned

NCL certificate is for OBC category students who belong to non creamy layer whose family annual income is less than 8lpa.
For SC and ST category you dont need any such NCL certificate.
Just caste certificate and all other ID Proof and valid documents as asked are mandatory.
