Josaa - joint seat allocation authority, is responsible for giving the admission in in IITs, NITs, iiits or gftis on the basis of candidate's JEE advanced for JEE mains rank.
If you have given JEE mains 2020 then yes, you are eligible to set in josaa counselling.
Because in josaa counselling it doesn't matter that whether you have qualified for JEE advanced or not, anyone who has given JEE mains can sit in josaa counselling and try their luck. And if they do not get seat in josaa counselling then they can try their luck at CSAB counselling.
