Yes you can go for second counselling even if you have reported in the college you got in the first counselling. The AP EAMCET 2020 counselling second phase will be conducted but the dates have not yet announced. Mostly it will be announced after finishing of the first round of counselling. The seat allotment results for the first round was declared yesterday that is on 3rd January 2021. There is no information regarding the second round of counselling yet. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education  has released the AP EAMCET 2020 counselling result at apeamcet.nic.in.

During counselling generally there a two process that you can follow after the seat allotment list gets published.The two ways are proceed for the next best choice in the next round or lock in.When you lock in you need to report to the above mentioned college and finish with the rest of the procedure for admission.Once you have locked the choices you cant participate in the next round.This happens for almost all entrance exams like JEE,WBJEE,AP EAMCT,MHT CET.
