The candidates who have studied in the local area for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years and completed 12th class or PUC there are considered eligible for Andhra Pradesh Government State Medical quota. As you have said that you have studied 10 + 2 from Uttar Pradesh, then it might be possible for you to avail the quota.
