Hi
Yes, you can appear in NEET 2021 examination even if you are a private candidate ( private candidates are those who fail in their board exam and then pass the supplementary exam and thus pass 12th)
This is because,
The case of eligibility of private candidates for Neet examination is in Supreme Court but until the supreme court gives its judgement, private candidates are eligible for Neet examination, so one is eligible for neet as a private candidate in 12th provided they must have got:-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
Your aggregate in PCB is 60 % i. e more than 50% and so you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
For detailed information about neet examination eligibility go through our page for which link is provided below; -

Now that , you have limited time left for your neet examination I'll suggest you to focus on your preparation and revision, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you
Thank you
And the Supreme Court case, has the court ordered that private are eligible and the appeal is to hit let them sit?
Basically private Candidate means those who give exam but are not enrolled in any school due to some reasons like have failed in 12th and again appearing in the exam to pass it. So, even if one fails this year and seat at home and then give the exam next year and pass it, he will be a private candidate and on his result private candidate is written.
As of now private students are eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court give its judgement , so you are eligible for neet 2021 , but the same is difficult to say for Neet 2022 and onwards because Supreme Court may give its judgement in the meantime and then the eligibility will completely the depend on the outcome of the judgement
