Solution : For the first distance of 100 km at a speed of 200 km/hr:
Time taken = $\frac{100}{200}$ = $\frac{1}{2}$ hr
For the second distance of 100 km at a speed of 300 km/hr:
Time taken = $\frac{100}{300}$ = $\frac{1}{3}$ hr
For the third distance of 100 km at a speed of 600 km/hr:
Time taken = $\frac{100}{600}$ = $\frac{1}{6}$ hr
Total distance = 100 km + 100 km + 100 km = 300 km
Total time = $\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3} +\frac{1}{6}$ hr = 1 hr
Average speed = $\frac{300}{1}$ = 300 km/hr
Therefore, the average speed of the truck for the entire journey is 300 km/hr.
Hence, the correct answer is 300 km/h.
