Dear Aspirant,

Let me tell you that the opposite sides of a rectangle should be equal for the polygon to be called a rectangle. Since AB ≠ CD, the figure mentioned by you is not a rectangle. Kindly cross check your query again & check if you posted a misinformation in the query.

Since we will assign the ends of a rectangle to 4 pts, namely A,B, C & D. Side AB should be opposite & equal to side CD but as per your query,

AB ≠ CD.
