Just take PCM and then give a entrance exam for engineering, there are so many University which take their own Entrance Exam or gives a jee main or BITSAT.

Then you can choose any of the branch which includes:

• Computer science engineering (CS)
• Information technology (IT)
• Information science engineering (IS)

But if you ask for how to become a real software engineer , after tenth what can I learn for that, then my answer is — just start preparation for programming languages from right now.

Hello Puja Kumari, after 10th class you should continue your studies with the PCM stream i.e Physics ,Chemistry ,Maths.To become a software engineer you must work hard and then aftet 12th take admission in a good college taking Computer Science branch and completing your degree.

Its good to anchor yourself from this stage for your career. You choose PCM/PCB with computer science after class 10. To become a software engineer its important to know the working of computer. Also you need to have logical reasoning as well as mathematical skills for solving problems.

After your class 12, you can go for B.Tech in software engineering or do B.Sc. and M.Sc. in computer science.

You may as well go for diploma/certificate courses during your vacation after class 12.
