Yeah time is there still lot of seats are vacant in various state government college for that you can apply through their respective state counselling. You have the possibilities to get the branch based upon your category.

Have you attended the counselling of JoSAA? You can get seat in government colleges only if you attend the counselling of JEE. In the process itself, you get to know which colleges you can get admission to.
If you didn't attend, you can't get admission now.
