Dear Aspirant,
Chemical Engineering:
Chemical Engineering is the branch of engineering that applies scientific and engineering fundamentals for designing and developing new processes for producing/ manufacturing different types of chemical products/ materials useful in daily life. Chemical Engineering is applicable to wide range of technologies such as food, paper, plastic, paint, environment, energy, materials, pharmaceuticals etc.
There are lot of good job opportunities in chemical engineering in food based companies.
Bio-Chemical Engineering:
Biological and chemical engineering are closely related engineering disciplines that focus on the research of biology involving living systems and organisms to develop or make new technologies as well as efficient production, transformation of chemicals, materials, and energy.
Biochemical engineering is more oriented towards research then jobs.
