You are still eligible to apply for Admission in Nits. Admission on Nit is based on Rank achieved and marks obtained in boards.You can apply for Jossa 2019 from 2nd week of June.

Yes, you would able to appear for JEE as the eligigbility criteria for JEE is to have passed class 12th from any recognised board in India. Once you've scored the cutoff marks for the college you're applying in, you can easily get admission without any hassle. However, some engineering colleges may have different eligibility standards which you should check on before applying. Some government colleges even give preference to older applicants, so you have a good chance at getting admission if your score is decent.
