About ntse I am OBC of some other state but my school is in Delhi.Am I eligible for ntse in obc category?

You are surely eligible for NTSE in OBC category, as long as you have the certificate for the same. NTSE guidelines has not stated that the student should have a certificate issued from the same state they are studying in. Hope this helps. All the best!
