Getting selected for the second stage of NTSE 2019 depends totally on the NTSE UP cut off 2019. This will be released along with the result. To check the last year cut off of NTSE UP, you can visit the link below but do keep in mind that the Uttar Pradesh NTSE cut off 2019 is expected to show much change due to the change in the exam pattern.

It would be difficult to tell you as cutoff vary every eyar depending on various factors and this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern. Sorry to say but according to me the cut off will go as high as 160-165 because the paper this time was very easy.I also gave the paper and I don't think that you will be selected after scoring 142 .You would had some chance if you would had scored somewhere around 155.
