According to answer sheet I am getting 130 in jee mains 2019. Can I get admission in mnnit for cse or electrical branch.?

See since you are getting the 130 marks in the JEE mains entrance exam by seeing the answer key but you should keep in mind that still the authorities has not release the official cuttoff & marks obtained for the particular individual it might be +20 or may be approx to -20 because of the bonus marks in the question paper.
