according to best 4 subjects I've got 63% in 12 art stream, and i submitted merit based application form for ba hons history in Delhi University. will i be able to get any fine college by any chance?

Based on the marks that you have obtained in your class 12, your chances of getting admission at University of Delhi are slim if you belong to the general category. You would have a better chance at seeking admission through ECA or Sports quota or if you belong to some other category.
