ACCORDING TO GATE COLLEGE PREDICTOR ..I SEE AM GETTING SOME NITS AND 2 IITS WITH 2019 GATE, 419 SCORE -OBC., CAN I APPLY FOR THOSE IITS.?

If you are getting the seats according to the college predictor ,you should surely go for it. The college predictor shows the colleges depending upon the previous cutoff pattern.And the cutoff for OBCs is less than General category students.So you might get these seats.
So, I would suggest you should apply.
