According to gate score prediction 2019 I will get 32 marks from cse branch (OBC category) so, from this marks can I get any good college ?

Your chance of getting NITs or IITs with this marks is very low as your marks is just near to qualifying marks of GATE.To secure IITs or high ranked NITs score must be at least 700,for such score one need at least 60 marks is GATE.For sureity wait till IIT Madras declares scores.
