To reach 96-97 percentile, you need to work hard and smart, you can follow the given steps:

• Start strengthening your strong topics and chapters, read and revise the topics which does not seem tough to you
• Practice questions, especially past year papers, that will give a better pattern jist of the paper
• Give mock tests, to check your mistakes and improve them
• Don't indulge into many resources, study from coaching material/NCERT/Standard books, if you deviate much you will lose it
• Be consistent and honest towards your preparation
