Generally the allotment is done on the basis of your general rank that your all India rank. So please check the list according to your genral rank nd there is column where they provide you category check that as well.

just to make you clear, did you find out the category to which these students belong to. Generally SCT and ST students get colleges at higher rank due to higher % reservation. Since you are general category student and EWS you have lower reservation %
Kindly check which category got college till 30k-35k
