NTSE Qualifying cutoff 2019 for General and OBC Category is 40 and SC/ST category is 32.
Your scores are fair enough to qualify the first stage but selection for the second stage of NTSE 2019 will depend on the cutoff of NTSE Uttar pradesh 2019. Cutoff will be released along with the result.

You can go through the link below and check the previous year cutoff for reference. However,  It should be noted that this year cutoff is expected to show much change due to change in the exam pattern.

As per 2017 trends cutoff was 121 marks and minimum total of 80 marks is must for qualifying.

So if you are expecting 161 then very good chances.
