Hello. See, the cutoff for cat this year was 94.5 percentile.  However in the second round there is gd round and interview round.

For final selection, they consider your academic record, work experience, gender diversity, cat score, gd and interview score.

However, the weightage for cat score is quite high for final selection. So, to be on safe side, one has to score around 99 percentile in cat, even though the initial cutoff is 94.xx.
