You should target top 30 colleges In India like Top 7 IIMs, XLRI, ISB Hyderabad, MICA ahemdbad, NMIMS, Jbims, Spjain, IIFT Delhi, FMS delhi, XIMB, IIT Bombay, Sydenham, Kj Somaiya, Symbiosis, MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad.
To get into above College you should also look for appearing XAT, SNAP, CET, MICAT, NMAT to be eligible for above colleges.
The average package is more than 10lakhs per annum at all above colleges and assured 100% Placements is observed with top recruiters visiting campus for lucrative international roles and Internship.

Based on your academic details you have less to average chances to get into top colleges of management.
Focus on giving few management entrances and not just CAT because you will have variety of colleges to choose for admissions.
You can attempt exams like XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT, IIFT etc..
Forms for most of the exams are ongoing.
You should target which ever college you are interested in because even if we talk about IIM's then its not the academic background that matters but the entrance exam weight-age, other selection rounds like GD/PI and written tests.
So do not loose hope, be sincere with your practice and efforts and you can!
Give previous year sample tests, practice mocks, analyse them and you cam make it.
