Yes according to Rajasthan Court order in 2018 PCM students or the non biological student can also give NEET for MBBS degree. You can also apply for NEET . Rajasthan High Court made it clear that on 12th class basis of not having Biology is not the basis for pursuing MBBS degree. Anyone who clears the NEET  exam is eligible to pursue MBBS degree.
