Can you please elaborate your question a little? It is unclear what youre actually looking for. But regardless, if you’re talking about having scored 46% in graduation, then it’s going to be difficult to get into a good college. If you’re talking about scoring 46 percentile in any of the entrance tests, then it’s best you wait a year and reattempt the tests.
