Hi there,

As you appeared as a private candidate for cbse board examination,for cbse 12th board examination private candidate gives exams in two ways,1st who are from Delhi and 2nd the students who want to improve in their respective exams.
The marks of improvement examination is accepted everywhere in the same way marks of 12th class examination is accepted.So,yes your marks is treated in same way the marks of others are treated...
