Actually I have central obc caste certificate. so i want to know can I also apply for state obc caste certificate???

Hello mohith,
The OBC category has two types of certificates :-
- Central OBC certificate.
- State OBC certificate.
Central OBC certificate it is notified by the central government . The central OBC certificate will be applicable to both central and state jobs or during counselling.
Where as State OBC certificate it is notified by State government .It is applicable to relevant state government jobs .
- But State OBC certificate is not applicable for central jobs it is only applicable for relevant state job.
so mohith as you said you had central OBC caste certificate it will be applicable for both state and also central jobs.
It will be mentioned on the certificate whether the caste certificate is notified by central/state government.
