Actually I have uploaded photo of greater specification than prescribed will the form get cancelled.

Uploading a photo of greater specification than prescribed won't lead to the cancelation of your form. They may ask you to upload the picture again, but the form would not be canceled. However, I would suggest you to contact to the authorities once, for being sure on your part.
