Actually I want to study but I feel so much tired when it's time to study ,and I am feeling much deepressed ,what should I do?
Do you want to feel happy and good like toppers do at the end of every exam?
It's not that a student must always be a topper but ask yourself why are you studying your respective subject? Do you have interest in it? If you have interest in it then you mustn't get bored by studying it. In fact you must enjoy it! If you find that subject boring then you must consider it as a duty to study it. Gaining knowledge is just going to help you achieve your dreams in some or the other way. Knowledge is power which nobody can steal. Sometimes students get bored and stressed which is normal but to come out of it and realise that it's important to study is necessary. Take breaks. Set targets. Study for 1 hour with full concentration then reward yourself 2-3 mins break. Remember it's not about rewards but it is about you. Then again start studying. Sometimes getting bored is natural but not always. Tell yourself what will help you in future? Maybe you don't like one subject , so make a promise to yourself that you will do that subject most thoroughly . Find a hobby. It can be anything from reading, drawing, dancing, sports, anything . Give 1 - 2 hours everyday for your hobby. Read everyday. Not the syllabus but some other books be it fiction, motivational, non-fiction, biographies anything but read everyday.
Whenever you study or you are practicing your hobby or reading make sure to keep your phone away from you for that period of time. Remember all this will only help you grow and would help nobody else but you.
Start slowly. Everything cannot be started from day 1. Start with today, increase your efficiency a bit tomorrow and then again day after tomorrow.
