As per yor question, yes there are various entrance exam conducted for BSC admission in good colleges.

These entrance exams are compulsory as if you want to secure good college for BSC Or Msc degree. Entrance exams which is conducted for bsc and msc admission degree are :-

1)JEE:- you can give jee entrance exams through which you will get admission in good colleges. As also it is not compulsary to give but if you want good colleges then you can go through this.

2) ICAR AIEEA:-You can give this entrance exam as to secure your seats in good college for UG and PG degrees.

3) Or you can give state entrance exam for securing your seats in your home town.

So these are the exams through which you can go for good colleges for bsc degree.see entrance exam is not compulsary if you want to persue bsc degree but if you want to secure seats in good colleges then you can through these entrance exams.
