Actually in Telangana counselling last rank for Andhra is 33,890.Mine was 39,399 will there be chance to get seat in Mop-up round?

That is quite a big difference of ranks and unfortunately mop up round will not have those many seats to cover a rank margin of 6,000. To be honest, it is difficult to get a seat with that rank. The reasons being there are not that many seats available in mop up roumd and not those many candidates will forgo any possibility of a seat.
