actually my father's name is kishor kumar but in my 10th , 12th and graduation certificate it kishore kumar that e is extra and in my sibling certificate it is not, is it possible to change it in my educational certificate

It is advisable to contact your board or university authorities and tell them about your problem. They will surely help you with this.
You should provide your all relevant proofs needed by them in order to change your name.
Another method is that you need to get an affidavit with change name and you need to publish it in national/ state new paper.
