Hello Aspirant,

See if you are seeking admission in DU for BA Hons. in English course than the admission will be made on the basis of class 12th merit by considering the best four score from your overall result. Out of those 4 subjects one would be a language subject and three best academic/elective subjects.

Now to be eligible for admission for the asked course in DU you should fulfil the mentioned requisites :-

** The candidate should have an aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.

** The candidate should have studied and passed English in the qualifying exam and should include English for calculation of ‘Best Four’ percentage. English is mandatory subject for this course.
