Your question seems invalid. For admission in medical college you have to give NEET/AIIMS entrance examination. Eamcet is for engineering courses. Medical colleges don't consider EAMCET. Yes you can get admission into private medical colleges in India.

admisson in neet are also done by management quota so if you didnt get any rank you can also aim for managment . So ap eamcet get in handy for amission in mbbs . wishing you luck buddy.
