Dpharma is carrier oriented diploma course.
Admission process is through merit/ entrance based.
Duration is of 2 years
Fee is Rs 4000/- to 5,50,000/- (annually)
About Admission you didn't mention that.. which college.. or entrance

If you are applying for particular college you need to visit official website of the college and find the application link.
If entrances based , so there are commonly 2 types of entrances conducted, that is state level and university level.
