admission in ravenshaw university is based on entrance test or on merit basis?

Admission to Ravenshaw University, Cuttack is based on the marks an individual has scored in their respective 12th classes. The university offers various courses for candidates to apply for. The merit list is prepared by the university itself based on the percentage scored by the candidate.
