For admission in B School as you are a bschool aspirant i.e. IIM, various documents and exams are sought from the candidates.
- It is necessary to have passed 12th examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.
- There must be minimum 60% marks in both class 10th and 12th. Minimum 55% marks are required for SC/ST and Divyang candidates.
- Graduation must be a 3 year degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- General category candidates must have 50% marks in graduation in IIM CAT exam. For reserved category the minimum marks should be 45%.
- To get admission into the BPGP course at IIM Ahmedabad, candidates must clear the IAT exam or have a CAT score.
- For admission to BPGP course of IIM Ahmedabad, candidates must also have GMAT or GREY score.
- For admission in IIM Lucknow, candidates have to apply online on the IIM website.
Class 10 and 12 marks are considered in IIM weightage, with different IIMs assigning varying weightage to these scores, typically ranging from 5% to 10% each and a strong CAT score, good graduation marks, and performance in the Personal Interview (PI) are equally crucial for final selection.
