First of all to seek admission into any medical college government/private/deemed you need to have a score more than the qualifying marks.

As for private colleges they have three kinds of seats. Government quota seats for the candidates of that particular state, management seats and nri quota. 

If you are seeking admission through management quota then you need to directly contact the college authorities to know about the procedure.
