first of all let me mention that the BSc agriculture is a 4 year course that might be pursured from a government or a private university. 

now there are different ways you can apply for the course like the exams KEAM, EAMCET and such, or through the entrances that the individual universities hold.

colleges are there in tamil nadu, andhra pradesh, UP and such.

apply ASAP.
