Eligibility for LLB is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% aggregate, there are universities like DU  and BHU where the aggregate requirement is 50%, relaxation of 5% is provided in case of reserved category. Admission process varies among college, for some it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination while for others entrance exams are conducted such as BHU UET, DU LLB, LAT, MHT CET LAW, KLEE, TS LAWCET, AP LAWCET etc. You haven't mentioned you want to know about fee structure of which university in specific, so it's difficult to provide you an exact answer regarding this, it can range from as low as Rs 20000 to as high as seven lakhs, private ones charge more while government ones charge less.
