The admission in d.pharmacy course is done on the basis of aggregate of physics,chemistry,biology or mathematics subjects of minimum of 55% in class 12th.You can have one subject from biology or mathematics but physics and chemistry is compulsory if you have both subjects biology and mathematics you can take the marks of best one for aggregate of three subjects in +2 class.You need to visit particular college website for admission and you can download the form or fill the form online
