The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University offers UG, PG and PhD programmes in around 300 courses over 15 streams.

The admission process varies according to the stream a candidate wishes to apply.

The process of admission begins in the month of March and concludes by the end of June.

BTech and MTech admissions are based on JEE and GATE scores. BArch admissions are based on NATA scores. Admissions into MBBS, BAMS, BDS and BHMS are based on NEET UG scores. Law courses are based on CLAT scores. The admissions to rest of the courses are based on IPU CET scores.

Applications are to be submitted online by May and the entrance examination takes place during the months of May to June. This would followed by counseling from June to July.
