Hello,
With your score getting into BHMS is not possible.
This year NEET cutoff is
General/ EWS 50th 720-138
General-PH 45th 137-122
SC 40th 137-108
ST 40th 137-108
OBC 40th 137-108
SC/ST/OBC-PH 40th 121-108
So check the cutoff first. You can try in private colleges. But chances are less.
Prepare again for Neet examination. This is my suggestion.
Follow some tips given below

Follow routine. Donot waste time
Reading, practicing question and revision is necessary.
Solve MCQs of each chapter and practice it everyday
