Yes, black and white  admit card will work for NEET exam you will not face any problem.On the day of exam, at the NEET exam centre 2021, candidates will have to sign their admit card in front of the invigilator. The NEET admit card will have a separate space for signature of the candidate. Candidates should sign the admit card as per the NEET 2021 admit card photo and signature specifications. There is no such rule like the applicant should carry specific type of admit card, It is your choice to take your admit card in black and white print or in color print. you have to fill your undertaking and paste the photograph on your admit card and sign it at your home and you only have to sign the undertaking in front of an invigilator.
